Youwill facilitate patients' journeys through the various service points in our clinics and provide strong supporttoour clinicians in their deliveryof qualitycare toour patients.
Youwill be requiredto perform patients’ registration, appointment scheduling, cashiering, handling patients’ general enquiries, screening of patients' general condition and administrative duties. In addition, youwill participate in team projectworks tomake continuous improvements tothe clinic's operations and service quality.
The Requirements:
PolytechnicDiploma, GCE 'A' / 'O' / 'N' level or Higher / NITEC qualification
Frontline andcustomer service experience in Healthcare / Retail Industry Goodcommunication andinterpersonal skills
Bilingual in English andMandarin for handling Mandarin speaking clients
Positive thinker and goodteam player
Passion for service excellence and process improvements
Abilitytomultitask andwork in a fast-paced anddynamic environment Able tocommitto 5.5 days workweek
