You will facilitate patients' journeys through the various service points in our clinics and provide strong support toour clinicians in their delivery of quality care toour patients.
You will be required to perform patients’ registration, appointment scheduling, cashiering, handling patients’ general enquiries, screening of patients' general condition andadministrative duties. In addition, you will participate in team project works tomake continuous improvements to the clinic's operations and service quality.
The Requirements:
PolytechnicDiploma, GCE 'A' / 'O' / 'N' level or Higher / NITEC qualification
Frontline andcustomer service experience in Healthcare / Retail Industry
Goodcommunication andinterpersonal skills
Bilingual in English andMandarin for handling Mandarin speaking clients
Positive thinker and good team player
Passion for service excellence and process improvements
Ability tomulti taskandworkin a fast-pacedanddynamic environment
Able tocommit to 5.5 days workweek
